40 Laboratory Tests in Sanitaryware

Various tests are being carried out by laboratory in sanitary ware production process to ensure the Quality of the Final product. And testing are starts from raw material discharge area up to Dispatch. This test are very import to keep the rejection rate low in production as most the problem can be found at the initial stage and eliminated immediately.

    Hi Venkat

Perhaps a test off return slip properties with possible contamination off talc powder, Gypsum and dirty water from washing gravity tanks. Perhaps also green scrap return and after dryer return. Is it acceptable to add Glaze sprayed clayware?

      Hello sir,
Normally Return slip will be screened through mesh and then mixed with the virgin slip.Return slip will be checked and adjusted to required prperty before mixing with the virgin slip.Normally Glazed green ware is allowed in scrap slip.
